Thank you for your post, Shira. After reading this I have even more admiration for all your fabulous writers. I know for sure I am not a writer and I am completely happy with that. The more time I have to read book after book after book …

Thank you Tanja! I’m still a reader as well, but there are times I wish I had more time to read… *sighs* <3

Such an interesting post so much to do and think about now I know why I’m not a writer! I’m constantly amazed at the amazing stories that writers come up with its a great time to be a reader.

Twenty books, I hadn’t realized…and they’re all so varied and cool! The new one sounds fantastic.

Love the post. I wish I had the discipline to stop reading long enough to try writing!

Thanks for your post. I much prefer being a read to being a writer!

Great list. I’m a trainer and feel the same kind of creativity in developing programs. And your recipe applies to that as well. One ingredient was “Writing,” on a regular basis. I sometimes wonder about authors further developing their writing skills. Do you try and do that yourself, or is it “don’t mess with a good thing”? Do you go to workshops, study or talk to other authors about style and approaches, or what? –
